We had a great stay on earlier visit.
We walked everywhere, the location was pleasant, to a coach station. And it was also near beautiful surroundings, and Warwickshire. There were a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

I liked the food, ate in the bar and breakfast, though limited in choice was very nice. Staff were polite and keen, which was a pleasent change from some places that I stay at.
I was in a ground level room over looking the carpark. There was no privacy, vertical blinds would have been useful. The room was subtly lit for atmosphere, but not enough to put make up on!

Standard of staff was excellent. Very nice location, food was very good. If you fancy a change of menu try The Moat Houes 2 hundred yards down the road--very good (home made meat pie is great),
Breakfast on busy mornings is chaotic as it is self -serve!! Our room (21) was very nice but unfortunately next to a main entrance so busy and noisy late at night.

Needed a place close to Redditch. Excellent location, very easy to get to. Evening meal very good choice of Bar type meal or restaurant, Room excellent (I was in a room in the main building called {'Cordelia'). Will definately stay again if need somewhere in the area.
Only niggles, Shower cuirtain in this room too long so if you have it hanging in the bath you are walking on it as you shower. Fire alarm went off at 7am for about 3 minutes. Nothing was said about it.

Very good value for money. My wife and I stayed just one night and although It was in need of a little attention in places, we were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of our room. The price we paid included a full English breakfast and contrary to some comments that we had read, it was of very good quality. Waitress was very attentive.
Shabby in places but not enough to spoil our stay. We paid £49.50 for a double room with breakfast. Can't argue with that!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and thoughtfully designed room, not only comfortable but also easily accessible for seniors like myself. The ambience of the dining area felt warm and inviting.
More seating options in common areas for seniors.

Unique fusion of historical and modern architecture, large parking space that is well-managed, comfortable and large rooms.
The erroneous room assignment for mobility issues was disappointing!!! Better management is needed regarding rowdy guests in the bar area, which negatively affects the dining experience!!!
